Welcome to Madison Youth Lacrosse
Madison Youth Lacrosse welcomes you and your young players to the sport of lacrosse.  Lacrosse has benefited from rapid growth in recent years.  More and more people every day are learning to play America’s oldest – and fastest growing – sport.  Lacrosse is about having fun and learning a sport.  As parents, part of your role is to make sure that your child is enjoying their lacrosse experience.  Be positive about your child’s participation. Encourage. Support. Volunteer.  Remind your child, AND yourself, that winning is not everything. You and your child will participate in many games over the years and the friendships and great experiences will certainly outweigh the win/loss record in your child’s memory.
Questions, please email: Questions, please see the contacts page and email or call the MYL volunteer that can help with your question.

Girls Winter Indoor Lacrosse Program 2015-2016

5th - 8th Grade

This year, our winter program is being offered for Girls in 5th – 8th grades.  Indoor lacrosse is a great way for players to improve their game in the off season.  And again we will have the high school coaches and players involved in the winter training program.  The indoor game helps refine your stick skills and decision making on the field.  This program is intended for pre-season training for both experienced players who want to improve their existing skills and for the non-experienced players who are interested in learning more about the fundamentals of lacrosse.

We have changed our location this year to a brand new indoor facility called Wide World of Indoor Sports.

It is located at 2 Sachatello Industrial Drive Oakdale, CT 06370.

Check out their website:  We will be providing bus transportation for the first 48 girls registered. Bus will depart from the commuter lot at exit 61 at 3:45 pm and returning around 6:45 pm.

The program will be offered in 2 sessions =>

Session 1:  Wednesday 4:30-6:00pm, 12/2, 12/9, 12/16, 1/6, 1/13 =>$125
Session 2:  Wednesday 4:30-6:00pm, 1/20, 1/27, 2/3, 2/10, 2/17, 2/24 => $150
Players will need the following equipment: Goggles, stick, mouth guard, sneakers or turf shoes. MYL will provide goalie equipment if needed, but contact Sharon Kokoruda.

The fee for Session I is $125, Session II is $150 or both combined is $225 (savings of $50 if you register for both).  You must register for both sessions to get the discounted rate.

Please email Sharon Kokoruda for details.
